It's been a long time coming but we made it to the Finals! The Wiggum family coming in strong with both Ralph and Clancy making the final three, joined by Mayor "Diamond" Joe Quimby. When all is said and done we love all 48 of the fringe characters that made for a great challenge, but now it's time to decide which 3 are going to advance to finals and a shot at being the first champion of what will surely be many pointless bracket challenges. Simpsons Fringe Character Bracket Challenge - Round 3 (The Final 12)

Based on whatever voting system you have been using we are down to the final twelve characters in our first pointless bracket challenge! The best of the rest (as Simpsons characters go) are ready to face-off and need your vote to advance. We have some colossal match-ups this round such as the Chief Wiggum and Comic Book Guy in a fat guy duel for the ages, the all criminal-off with Snake vs Sideshow Bob, just to name a couple. After four days of voting the winners have advanced to round two. Special note that the voting for the Otto vs Hans Moleman match was dead even! The Board Members of Mess With The Best revealed their votes in an effort to break the tie and it did, giving the win to Hans Moleman, sorry Otto Man, we still love you!

Simpsons Fringe Character Bracket Challenge!

Our first pointless ranking revolves around the Simpsons fringe characters. Our definition of "fringe" was loosely based on any character that did not carry the last name Simpson and also was not deemed pivotal to the show. We rounded out a list of 48 fringe characters and then used a random selection app to select opening round match-ups, as seeding characters would have been a ruthless, futile pursuit that could have ultimately spelled our doom.
